Dear Guests,

Your safety is our highest priority. In response to the epidemic situation in Poland, we have implemented a range of hygiene and safety measures to ensure a comfortable and safe stay at our hotel.

Safety and Hygiene Measures:

  • Trained Staff: Our employees have undergone training on hygiene and safety protocols. They follow guidelines such as regular and thorough hand washing, as well as disinfection of workstations and equipment.
  • Protective Equipment: Staff are equipped with masks, gloves, and disinfectants. We also measure employees' temperatures upon arrival at work.
  • Disinfectant Stations for Guests: Disinfectant dispensers are available at the entrance and in the lobby – we kindly ask you to use them every time you enter.

Check-In and Payment Procedures:

  • Streamlined Check-In Process: To minimize contact, we have simplified the check-in procedure. However, we kindly ask you to complete a short declaration on the registration card.
  • Reception Disinfection: After each check-in, we disinfect the reception desk and payment terminals.
  • Contactless Payments: We recommend using card payments. Invoices are sent electronically only.

Cleaning and Disinfection:

  • Rooms: Before your arrival, rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For hygiene reasons, we do not provide cleaning services during your stay. Upon request, after arranging by phone with the reception and in the absence of guests in the room, cleaning can be carried out.
  • Towel Replacement and Supplies: If you need towel replacement, waste bin emptying, or replenishment of toiletries, please contact the reception.
  • Common Areas: Lobby and hallways are cleaned and disinfected more frequently. Toilets, elevators, door handles, railings, and handrails are disinfected at least once every hour.

Additional Safety Rules:

  • Access Restrictions: Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
  • Returning Room Cards: On the day of departure, please leave the room card in the room or drop it in the designated container at the reception desk.
  • Hair Dryers: For hygiene reasons, the use of blow-dryers is prohibited in the rooms.
